在這個春意盎然的季節，我們進行了一次特別的文化交流活動，老師帶領同學前往寧波外國語學校，我們對校園進行了參觀，從教室到圖書館，從體育場到藝術中心，每一處都充滿了活力與創意。
最讓人難忘的是，寧波外國語學校的師生們為我們準備了一場精彩的詩詞朗誦，展現了中華文化的深厚底蘊。作為回報，我們的同學們也展示了自己的才藝，以舞蹈和音樂演奏贏得了陣陣掌聲。在那一刻，我們不僅分享了彼此的文化，更在心與心之間架起了友誼的橋樑。場面溫馨，令人難忘。
同學們還探索了杭州的美麗景點，包括亞運會主場館（蓮花場館）和風景如畫的西湖；通過遊覽韓嶺老街，讓同學們對當地的自然美景和文化歷史有了更深的認識；而參觀寧波大學及諾丁漢大學寧波校區，其現代化的校園設施和濃厚的學術氛圍給同學們留下了深刻的印象。
這次仲春的出訪，將作為師生記憶中美好的一頁。期待未來有更多的機會，讓我們繼續在交流與學習中成長。
In this spring season, we embarked on a special cultural exchange activity. Our teacher led the students to Ningbo Foreign Language School, where we explored the campus. Also, classrooms, library, sports centre and art centre. Everywhere we went, there was an abundance of energy and creativity.
What stood out most was the captivating poetry recitation prepared by the teachers and students of Ningbo Foreign Language School. It showcased the profound cultural heritage of China. In return, our fellow students showcased their talents, earning applause with dance performances and musical renditions. In that moment, we not only shared our cultures but also built bridges of friendship from heart to heart. The atmosphere was heartwarming and unforgettable.
We also explored the beautiful sights of Hangzhou, including the Asian Games Main Stadium (Lotus Stadium) and the picturesque West Lake. A visit to Hanling Old Street deepened our understanding of the local natural beauty and cultural history. Additionally, touring Ningbo University and the University of Nottingham Ningbo Campus left a lasting impression with their modern campus facilities and strong academic atmosphere.
This mid-spring excursion will remain a cherished memory for both teachers and students. We look forward to more opportunities in the future, continuing to grow through exchange and learning.
